If you are unhappy with a product that you purchase from Indbazaar for any reason, simply tell us within a day, and we will replace it or provide you with a full refund for the purchase price to return the items to us. Please contact our customer service staff and we will make all the necessary arrangements for a replacement or refund. Thank you for your ongoing support. If an item you choose is not in inventory, we reserve the right to replace the item with an equivalent product. We will adjust the price if the product is less, and we will not charge more if the product is more. If a product is lost or damaged in transit, contact our service centre and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. You cannot cancel your order just because delivery is delayed. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to products after you have received them. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you must inform Our Service Centre. We will give you instructions for returning the product and receiving a refund or replacement. You must return the product in its original condition, and ideally in its original packaging.
